Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice processing and payment - Ensure the accuracy of accounts payable transactions and financial records - Reconcile accounts payable accounts and maintain accurate records - Monitor vendor accounts and ensure timely payment - Prepare and review financial statements and reports - Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal staff - Manage the accounts payable team and provide guidance and support - Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls - Monitor and analyze accounts payable trends Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience - Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills: - Previous experience with accounts payable software - Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Experience with data analysis and reporting - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
